Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before you can request a withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met. 33bdt reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳47,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applied to the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets — after which the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Policy

• A bonus applies only once per account, per household, or per device.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after a bonus is awarded, the bonus may be cancelled.
• 33bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

Gameplay & Betting

All games on 33bdt are conducted fairly and transparently. Every outcome is determined in a completely impartial manner using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

General Rules of Play

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the relevant round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over any game result, 33bdt's server logs will be considered as final evidence.
• In sports betting, bets are settled after the official result has been announced.

Cricket & Sports Betting

In all sports betting markets, including cricket, bets will only be settled on official and completed events. For partial or abandoned events, decisions will be made in accordance with 33bdt's policy.

User Code of Conduct

All 33bdt users must follow the code of conduct below. Violations of this code may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Disrespectful behaviour toward other users or staff in any part of the platform is not permitted.

Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

33bdt is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Delays in transactions due to service disruptions by third parties (payment service providers).
• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device-related issues.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.
• Losses resulting from the user's login credentials being accessed by another person.
